The Minister of Social Policy, Women and Migration, Joaquín Bascuñana, today made the first stone of the new Child Care Centre (ISC) 'small', in Aledo.
During the ceremony, the Minister was accompanied by Director General of Family and Children, Laura Muñoz, and the mayor of the town, Simon Alcaraz.
The project, which has been awarded 652,634 euros, has a lead time of 8 months, so it will be completed in the first quarter of 2010.
To this end, the regional government to provide 500,000 euros and the remaining City Council.
The CAI 'small' will have two floors and will have 47 places for children birth to three years to be served on the ground floor, while various services, such as Body, will be located in the former.
In addition, will have four direct care classrooms, a multipurpose room and rest areas and hygiene, and cooking.
The center, which is open 11 months a year, will offer activities and services tailored to the demands of users, who can enjoy workshops, playgroups and early intervention.
