The regional government has approved a total of 2,420,951 euros, the design of the road between Aledo with Lorca, the RM-C21, from 8.4 km to the intersection with the RM-C9, which connects via Zarzadilla Lorca and Totana.
The RM-C21 runs between Sierra Espuña and Sierra de la Tercia and constitutes an alternative to the highway A-7 for communications between Aledo and Lorca.
This action by the Ministry of Public Works and Planning includes the extension of the road and a rectification of the tight bends, with the aim of increasing road safety for drivers traveling on this road, which facilitates access to fully rural area.
This is the second show that the regional government rushes in that road, which already have invested about three million euros to improve the firm and the widening of the platform and the construction of a bridge to save the passage of a watercourse .
