Andalusia ranks third, with 14 percent of the total area of ​​Spain, amounting to 15,175 hectares.
In the European Union there are a total of 110,400 hectares of grapes, of which the largest area corresponds to Italy (50 percent of the total), followed by Greece (15 percent) and Spain (14 percent).
The remaining 20 percent is divided among other countries with much lower surfaces in culture.
