The Governing Council has authorized the Ministry of Health and Social Policy to allocate a total amount of 1,021,895 euros to carry out various activities in social services primary care in a total of ten municipalities in the region.
So, on one hand the regional government has given approval to the signing of addendums to agreements signed in this regard between the Community and various local authorities on 16 October by the contribution which initially held at 945 813 euros increases.
Specifically, the nine municipalities that will benefit are Abarán, Aledo, Cartagena, Cieza, Fuente Alamo, La Union, Librilla, Mazarron and Murcia.
Of the 945,813 euros for the social services of Primary Care, 370 533 were contributed by the regional government, 332,978 central government and the remaining 242,302 euros, municipalities and local authorities.
This project is in collaboration with the Ministry of Health, Social Policy and Equality under the program agreement, signed with the central government to provide basic social services benefits.
Moreover, the regional government has approved a grant of 76,081 euros to the town of Alguazas social services continue to provide primary care.
Of this, the regional government provides 74,082 euros and 1,999 euros center.
The financial amounts approved for these municipalities will target the maintenance of social service centers, strengthening care professionals for the Unit and program development support for social inclusion.
