The City of Aledo and 'A Little Bit' Just Culture Association, organized by volunteers from Aledo citizens and under the coordination of the Imaginary Percik-Ortegamun: Prodigious Ideas Circus troupe, the first edition of 'Aledo is Legend '.
This first edition of the Medieval castle festivities will take place on Saturday 20 and July 27, from 21:00 pm, and they held a community theater, market, stories, puppets, concerts and tastings and other activities .
These medieval festivals, alongside Night of Candles, of August 17 and the festivity, 23 to August 28, are part of a wide range of cultural offer for summer 2013, to be held in the wonderful Espuña natural environment, and to make the medieval village of Aledo in an excellent tourist destination, cultural and entertainment.
Aledo is Legend is designed as a practice of Just Culture, a festival self-sustaining, collaborative and transparent, that not only revitalizes the medieval monuments of this town, but makes possible the revival of cultural life and the local economy through the gathering of entrepreneurs casual and professional within the medieval market.
The Culture Fair modes involves promoting democratic and self-sustaining production, care of the accessibility of culture, respect for the labor rights of workers and the shared culture and self-managed.
So, Aledo is Legend is financed through public input: four euros per ticket at the box office, the anticipated three euros, and free for children under eight years
