IU-Greens has thirty claims submitted to Municipal General Management Plan (PGMO) of Aledo, which is in provisional approval stage, considering that is "oversized" and does not address the real needs of the municipality.
Responsible for training Territorial Policy, José Manuel López, has indicated that although at this stage the forecast of housing has increased from 15,568 to 13,985 over the initial approval, an amount still "crazy" for a municipality 1053 inhabitants.
Lopez explained that the PGMO "is made to cover interests" and, in this sense, has criticized the mayor "tried to sell" in the Presidential urban projects for more than five square meters of building land zoned despite that the Plan is not yet finally adopted.
He has also denounced the proposed provisional approval by the council lacks the required reports and binding of Highways and Totana City Council, among others.
He also stressed that the economic-financial study that is based on the PGMO is "outdated" and sits on a "dummy project" as Cabezo urbanization of the Mill, now paralyzed.
In this regard, he recalled that IU-Greens requested that the study was updated in 2012 to determine the economic contribution of the City of Aledo to the program of action for the implementation of the Plan, and noted that the council, at the end of 2009, had a negative cash balance of 1.6 million.
"It is misleading because the neighbors will be paying taxes ever more expensive, especially in agricultural lands, and will also have to pay the water much more expensive because the mayor signed an agreement with the Public Water".
That entity charged € 0.65 per cubic meter of water, while the town's inhabitants now are paying $ 0.25 per cubic meter.
In addition, Lopez has requested a new public exhibition of PGMO and binding call for a consultation at the same, so that the future development of Aledo "sustainable social, cultural, economic and environmentally."
On the other hand, has asked the President of the Autonomous Community, Ramón Luis Valcárcel, and the Minister of Public Works, Antonio Sevilla, who will have the authority to approve the plan, why the mayor keeps his job despite being allegedly involved in a case of urban corruption and expelled from the PP.
