This Association was created to defend the owners of the Private Espuña Montysol of homelessness and the systematic violation of our rights as given and we suffer from forty years ago by the Aledo City Council with the consent of the Autonomous Region Murcia.
The protection of constitutional rights and freedoms of individuals enshrined in Part I of our Constitution, is for us the argument which we address to you in request for protection.
And the duty to resolve expressly imposed by law and enforced as citizens to the government.
We denounce this paper by non-compliance by the City of Aledo general principles of Law 30/1992 of 26 November on the Legal Regime of Public Administrations and Common Administrative Procedure
The concern, powerlessness that grips us to the inactivity and apathy of the Local Government Aledo so many years, and the perilous state of the roads and the municipal water supply, has made this decision to adopt to pray attend.
Background:
Since 1974, approving the Plan of Management Montysol urbanization and 1991 in approving the subsidiary regulations of the City of Aledo, we granted to the owners who live here building permits and certificates of habitability .
Since then we have been paying all those taxes and special contributions to our City Council has referred the Aledo.
(Copy of documents attached).
Coinciding with the approval of NN.SS.
Aledo, in 1991, takes office as Mayor on current still D.
Simon Alcaraz Alcaraz.
It is from then we ask that you make to our development as the subsidiary regulations promoted by the City Council and approved by the Ministry of Planning and Public Works Policy of the Autonomous Community will ask the town of Aledo:
"1 Private Montysol Espuña:
This area shall be subject to a journalist that maintaining the general conditions of management and utilization of PP:
1 º Develop outstanding infrastructure sector, pointing out areas of "urban services" necessary (water tower, transformers etc.).
2 nd Study of land ownership to proceed with the land subdivision and sale of the roads and areas on the PP early, through the establishment of Implementation Units and determination of system performance (preferably cooperation).
3 ° Change management time to: accommodate the existing road in the Civic Center area, impose greater setbacks to housing may be built on plots near the road MU-502 (now is 4 m.) restricting direct access from that road; legalized, if existing activities (hotel facility on sports area, terraced houses in isolated living area, ect.) "
Never the Mayor of Aledo has received or has served our just demands.
Given this repeated contempt, began to send a government delegation and the Committee on Petitions and Citizen Advocacy Regional Assembly, back in 1992, a request that he met the minimum services which every citizen has the right to receive your municipality.
The result is utter helplessness and infrastructure of this development have not been touched since it was made 40 years ago.

However, if the City has met with a developer who seeks the construction of 1,340 homes in this spot, taking advantage of the Autonomous reclassified the land in 2005 and what we all buy and urban areas now zoned developable special.
The developer is not going to make the above development and the city says it is private.
For homeowners who bought as urban land free of charge, we have left the promoter, and Local and Regional Authorities.
Since last year 2009 it was created association concerned, we have been asking the City Council urban certifications of our properties to see how we can proceed and how we can base our defense.
The City would not answer us, despite the clarity of the Land Law of the Region of Murcia in Article 153. (The last request is attached to the City of Aledo).
We come across many public institutions are necessary to defend our rights as citizens.
Enclosed is a historic Espuña Private Montysol in which all decisions reflect both the Autonomous Community and the City of Aledo have been taken against NN.SS approved in 1991 and which were promoted by the same municipality.
